Each natural person may hold only one registered account at vcity99. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and must be claimed and used in good faith. Exploitation of promotional offers through bonus abuse strategies will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
All withdrawals from vcity99 are processed exclusively to the payment method registered to your verified account. We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vcity99 login credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify us of a breach immediately.

Use of the vcity99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. vcity99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be voided, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use may be forfeited.
Each natural person is permitted to hold one and only one registered account at vcity99. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device identifier, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, vcity99 will close all associated accounts, void all Bonus Funds, and may withhold winnings pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading registration information, including false identity or age, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Platform. vcity99 makes no representation or warranty that use of the Platform is permitted in your location. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and vcity99 bears no liability for any consequences arising therefrom.
vcity99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as required under international gaming authority standards and applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.
Documents commonly requested for KYC verification include, but are not limited to:
vcity99 will process submitted KYC documents within 24 hours for the majority of submissions. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC verification. vcity99 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including access to Funds, while verification is ongoing. Personal data submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deposits to a vcity99 Account must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. vcity99 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online transfer, and other methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated. vcity99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Player.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. vcity99 will not redirect funds to alternative accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times for verified accounts are one to three hours for standard withdrawal requests. vcity99 reserves the right to carry out additional compliance checks prior to processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. vcity99 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by vcity99 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each offer, which are published at the time of promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the Bonus Funds amount. Cash Funds and Bonus Funds are kept in separate balances; Cash Funds are available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal conditions, regardless of any outstanding Bonus wagering requirement.
vcity99 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device; use of strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (including but not limited to low-variance betting patterns that violate the spirit of the promotion); and use of automated software to claim or wager bonuses. vcity99 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom in any case where bonus abuse is identified, and to permanently close the associated account.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Player Account. vcity99 will not reinstate expired bonuses. Players are responsible for tracking the validity period of bonuses credited to their account.
All games available on the vcity99 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software developers. Each game operates in accordance with its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the underlying system record, the system record shall be the authoritative reference.
vcity99 reserves the right to void any wager, bet, or game round that was settled as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that caused an incorrect result or payout. Players will be notified of any voided transactions and the original stake returned to their account.
Sportsbook bets are governed by the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In-play bet acceptance is subject to system availability and vcity99 accepts no liability for technical delays that prevent in-play bet placement.

Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active. Self-exclusion may be activated instantly from the Account settings page and, once activated, cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vcity99.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vcity99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, regardless of whether vcity99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vcity99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability. vcity99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, connectivity failures, or third-party service outages.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit vcity99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
The collection, processing, and storage of personal data submitted to vcity99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data subject rights as set out in the Privacy Policy at any time by contacting us.
vcity99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Funds before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vcity99's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally through the vcity99 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by the Operator.
